To qualify for the FAST TRACK program, the following requirements must be met:
Contractor must sign off on the Estimate and Final Order Confirmation (sizes and quantities).
Progress payment must be received prior to release into production.
Shop drawings will not be provided.
Only a limited number of custom-size panels are permitted.
The contractor's Project Manager (or designated representative) must review and approve the project before acceptance.
Material acquisition and purchasing must be reviewed and approved prior to acceptance.
Linear ceiling systems are the best candidates for FAST TRACK production.
Ideal characteristics include:
Random length planks
Tongue & Groove ends
Standard wood species
Clear finish
Panelized Wood Grille systems may also qualify depending on overall project requirements.
Standard species only. Availability is based on current inventory and material supply.
Projects should generally remain below 2,000 square feet. Larger quantities may require additional production time and can affect expedited scheduling.
A limited number of panel sizes and custom dimensions are recommended to maintain accelerated production schedules.
FAST TRACK scheduling requires significant production flexibility and priority manufacturing.
